A bit more about me
I’ve always been intrigued by the inner experience of being human — profoundly rich, yet often unnecessarily limiting and complicated. I’m drawn to what helps us quiet the noise and live in alignment with what truly matters, with more clarity and ease, more vitality and joy.
My training in mindfulness and yoga informs how I live and coach: slowing down, building kind awareness, and creating space for authentic, intentional living.

A short history
After completing a Psychology degree in 2007, I spent years living and working in England, Vietnam and Ireland, working with people across ages and cultures as they navigated change and growth.
For 17 years, I’ve supported people through transition, growth and challenge in corporate, educational, and community settings—as a counsellor, teacher, program developer, facilitator, pedagogue, and now coach. Over time, I’ve deepened my practice through ongoing training in counselling, human development, education, and embodied, values-based coaching approaches.
Today, I work online with clients in Cape Town (where I live), across South Africa, and internationally—providing a clear, grounded space for reflection and real transformation.
My experience
I’m a professionally trained life coach with a background in psychology and education. My coaching training was intensive and comprehensive, grounded in embodied, values-based coaching that focuses on deep self-awareness, working with inner patterns, and taking values-aligned action—skills I bring into every coaching relationship.
This builds on a long-standing curiosity about what it means to grow and become more fully ourselves. That curiosity has shaped my career—from teaching early childhood education and facilitating undergraduate psychology courses to developing programs on leadership, emotional intelligence, and change management in corporate and non-profit settings.
Across these roles, I’ve seen the complexity and possibility of human development at every stage. Today, I draw on this experience—and a wide range of approaches—to meet each client where they are, adapting tools and perspectives to support meaningful, sustainable change.
