My coaching philosophy
Sustainable change comes from reconnecting with yourself – with what you genuinely want, value, and know to be true. At the heart of my work is the mind-body connection because this is where that clarity lives. Together, we create space to access it: to meet what’s hard or stuck with curiosity, to understand what you genuinely want, and to move forward in ways that feel aligned. When change comes from this place – grounded in who you are and what truly matters – it’s easier. It lasts. And it feels like you.
My process
How we'll work together
This work isn’t linear, but the following steps are a map of sorts. We move between these stages naturally, responding to what arises, adapting for your unique experience.
1. Begin where you are
We start with your reality, as it is now. This is a space to slow down, get honest, and focus on what matters to you. Together, we explore what feels stuck, what’s not working, and what could be possible.
2. Connect with what's calling
We clarify what you most want, value, and long to create, so it can guide your next steps.
3. Work with what’s in the way.
Old beliefs, protective patterns, and internal blocks once kept you safe. Now, they may be holding you back. We meet these with curiosity, not judgement, and access the wisdom within them, drawing on tools, techniques and perspectives from IFS parts work, Zen Coaching, and embodiment and mindfulness practices to support your particular needs.
4. Take aligned action
From this place of clarity, we identify practical, achievable steps that move you toward what you most want to create. You begin to make choices that reflect who you are and what you are ready for. These intentional actions build momentum and over time, add up to real, lasting change.
5. Reflect, refine & integrate
We allow your new habits to take root and become new ways of thinking, relating and living. As you practice these new skills, we review, tweak and adjust to stay true to you and what’s important to you.

FAQs
Coaching is a great fit if you're feeling stuck, are navigating a transition - a career change, a relationship evolving, a role that no longer fits - or feeling a quiet disconnect between the life you're living and the one you sense is possible. Sometimes this feels urgent, but you don't need to be in crisis. Many clients come simply because they're ready to grow.
You don't need to have it all figured out before we begin. In fact, the not-knowing is often exactly where we start. What helps most is a genuine willingness to slow down, turn inward, and do the kind of honest, curious work that creates real change.
If you're unsure whether this is for you, a complimentary discovery session is a low-pressure way to find out. There's no commitment involved, just a conversation.
Our first session is a complimentary, no-obligation space to slow down and get oriented. We’ll explore what brings you to coaching, what feels important right now, and what you hope might shift.
It’s also an opportunity for you to experience how I work and sense whether the space feels supportive and right for you. If you feel we could be a good fit, we can talk through what our next steps might look like.
Every session is a dedicated space for you and what matters most to you.
Sessions are conversational, focused and reflective. We slow down enough to notice what’s really happening - in your thoughts, your patterns, and in your body. We work collaboratively: you remain the expert on your life and my role is to help you connect with that wisdom.
Each session is grounded in your pace and priorities. We might explore what's showing up for you right now, look more closely at a pattern that keeps getting in the way, or consider what a meaningful next step might be.
The process can bring insight and energy. Sometimes there is emotion. All of this is welcome. Clients typically leave sessions feeling clearer, grounded and more aligned.
Coaching works when there's genuine trust and rapport, so fit matters.
The complimentary discovery session exists exactly for this reason. It's a no-pressure conversation where you can ask questions, share what you're looking for, and get a real sense of how I work. If it doesn’t feel like the right match, I'll do my best to point you towards someone that might be a better fit.
If at any point in our sessions you feel uncertain, you are welcome to raise it. Coaching can be a place to explore that openly and those moments often lead to useful insight.
Ultimately, it’s important that the space feels right for you.
We meet online via Google Meet, which you can use directly in your browser, no downloads required. When we book a session, you’ll receive a link to join, along with a reminder the day before. If you’re unsure about the technology, I’m happy to guide you through it.
Our sessions unfold much like meeting in person: a dedicated, focused space for reflection and conversation. All you need is a quiet, confidential place where you can feel comfortable and uninterrupted.
I work exclusively online. This allows me to offer a flexible and accessible space for meaningful, focused coaching wherever you are.
Regular sessions help build momentum and depth in our work together. For most people, this means meeting every one, two or four weeks, depending on your needs, capacity, and what you’re navigating. We’ll find a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable for you. At times, sessions may be closer together, at others, we may create more space to allow integration and real-life application.
Individual coaching sessions are 60 minutes.
The number of sessions varies from person to person. Some clients come with a specific focus and work over a shorter period; many choose ongoing support for deeper exploration and integration.
We’ll usually agree on an initial number of sessions and then review our work together as we go, adjusting the rhythm in a way that feels purposeful and sustainable for you.
Sessions are offered at a standard rate, with the option of a reduced package rate for those committing to a series of sessions.
I also hold spaces at a supported rate for those who need greater financial flexibility. If cost feels like a consideration, you’re welcome to reach out and we can explore a sustainable option together.
Fees are always discussed transparently before we begin working together.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, I ask for 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged in full, except in cases of emergency.
South African clients can make payment via EFT prior to the session.
International clients pay directly to my Wise account which offers simple, secure and cost-effective international transfers.
Confidentiality is central to our work. What you share is held with great care and respect.
As part of my professional practice, I meet regularly with a qualified supervisor - a trusted, professional space where I reflect on my work to ensure I’m supporting clients ethically and effectively. Any reflection on my work is always done with your privacy and anonymity carefully maintained.
